This assessment analyzes the 3 essential elements of connection:
your conversational mindsets, your responsive listening,
and your application of conversational principles.
You receive a detailed written report within 5 business days
that identifies your strengths and growth areas within each element
and provides personalized recommendations.
If you book One-on-One Coaching within 14 days of receiving the report,
your first coaching session is free.

how you're listening (or not listening) to others,
and which conversational principles you’re applying and which you’re missing.
You implement new approaches with targeted feedback until they become natural.
Between sessions, you receive tailored assignments
and regular progress evaluations, accelerating your transformation.

Workshops center on actual conversations from the participants’ lives,
viewed through the 3 essential elements of connection.

how they’re listening (or not listening) to others,
and which conversational principles they’re applying and which they’re missing.
Through role-plays, participants practice new approaches with targeted feedback
and leave with a conversation toolkit—self-assessments, strategy guides,
and real-world assignments—to continue their development.
